- ‐ DOA claims must be made within 4 hours. Photographic evidence
may be required.
- ‐ We do not guarantee live arrival on door‐to‐door shipments during
extreme temperatures [under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit]
- -We are not responsible for carrier negligence which leads to a delay
- - Payment plans will be accepted on Protean Terrariums with a 50%
non-refundable deposit. Balance is to be paid within 30 days. If
balance is not paid within 30 days, 50% deposit and all additional
monies are forfeit.
- - Payment plans or prior arrangements are not confirmed until you
receive an email detailing the transaction.
- - Tanks will be shipped up to two weeks after receipt of payment
- - Tanks are shipped USPS, FedEx or Common Carrier.
- ‐ There is a $50 flat crating charge on all cages needing to be shipped
on a pallet.
- - Your order is a legally binding contract. By placing your order you
acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and agree to our
terms and conditions of sale. You also acknowledge that you are
responsible for knowing your local and state laws for the animals you
are ordering. We are not responsible for customers that ignore our
terms and conditions. All sales are final.
